White Peach and Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients
  • 3 ripe white peaches, about 1 pound, chopped
  • 3/4 cup 2% yogurt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Puree all ingredients with an 1/8 teaspoon salt in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into molds and freeze 30 minutes.
  3. Insert sticks, then freeze until firm, about 2 hours.
