Weeknight Flounder Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 Flounder Filet
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F
  2. Line sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside
  3. Moderately coat the Flounder Filet with olive oil on both sides
  4. Season both sides with salt and pepper
  5. Place filet on sheet pan
  6. Slice garlic and put 5-6 slices on each filet
  7. Halve a lemon and squeeze some lemon juice on each filet
  8. Bake in the oven for 12 minutes or until its cooked through
