Lemon and chili, a classic match in the kitchen, are just as cute a couple when they step out to the bar. The bright fresh heat of Bird’s Eye Chili Rich Simple Syrup, sunny lemon juice, and a good gin are all you need!

Ingredients
  • 3/4 oz Bird's Eye Chili Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz Gin
  • Soda (a splash)
  • Dried Chili (garnish)
Directions
  1. Shake syrup, gin, lemon juice and ice.
  2. Strain into a martini glass and top with a splash of soda. Serve with a lemon wedge or dried chili.
