  1. In a small bowl mix the olive oil, hot sauce, and lemon juice; set aside.
  2. Chop kale and cabbage and place in large bowl.
  3. Massage the dressing into the kale salad - don't be afraid to get your hands dirty!
  4. Slice avocados, radishes and apples, and then to the salad.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss together. Adjust seasoning if desired and enjoy!
