Ingredients
4 cup Kale (chopped)
2 cup Cabbage (shredded)
8 Radishes (thinly sliced)
3 Avocados (cubed)
2 Apples (cubed)
3 tablespoon Olive oil
3 tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 tablespoon Hot Sauce
Sea Salt (to taste)
Black Pepper (to taste)
Directions
In a small bowl mix the olive oil, hot sauce, and lemon juice; set aside.
Chop kale and cabbage and place in large bowl.
Massage the dressing into the kale salad - don't be afraid to get your hands dirty!
Slice avocados, radishes and apples, and then to the salad.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss together. Adjust seasoning if desired and enjoy!
