- 4 cup Kale (chopped)
- 2 cup Cabbage (shredded)
- 8 Radishes (thinly sliced)
- 3 Avocados (cubed)
- 2 Apples (cubed)
- 3 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 2 tablespoon Hot Sauce
- Sea Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- In a small bowl mix the olive oil, hot sauce, and lemon juice; set aside.
- Chop kale and cabbage and place in large bowl.
- Massage the dressing into the kale salad - don't be afraid to get your hands dirty!
- Slice avocados, radishes and apples, and then to the salad.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper and toss together. Adjust seasoning if desired and enjoy!
