Spicy French 75

This French 75 is kicked up by adding a chili infused simple syrup for just a hint of spice.  If heat isn't your thing, you can replace the chili simple syrup with just plain simple syrup, for a classic French 75.  It is one of my all time favorite party drinks.

  • Serves: 2
  • Cook Time: 30 minutes
  • 1 fl oz Gin
  • 1/2 fl oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 fl oz Bird's Eye Chili Simple Syrup
  • 2 fl oz (or more!) Chilled Champagne
  • Lemon Peel
  1. Pour gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker filled with ice
  2. Shake until components are combined and thoroughly chilled
  3. Pour into a champagne flute and top with chilled champagne
  4. Garnish with a lemon peel
