Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Chimichurri

- 2.5 pound Sweet Potatoes
- 1 pouch Haven's Kitchen Herby Chimichurri
- Scrub sweet potatoes to clean. Towel them off and dice into quarter inch sized bites.
- Toss with desired amount of Haven's Kitchen Herby Chimichurri Sauce.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 30 mins or until tender. Add salt to taste and serve.
