Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Chimichurri

Ingredients
  • 2.5 pound Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 pouch Haven's Kitchen Herby Chimichurri
Directions
  1. Scrub sweet potatoes to clean. Towel them off and dice into quarter inch sized bites.
  2. Toss with desired amount of Haven's Kitchen Herby Chimichurri Sauce.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 mins or until tender. Add salt to taste and serve.
