Rhubarb Basil Cocktail

After a long day at work, nothing hits the spot better than a refreshing, well-balanced cocktail.  This seasonal rhubarb basil cocktail manages to be sweet and tart, with a healthy dose of fresh, earthy flavor from the basil.

  • Serves: 2
  • Cook Time: 30 minutes
  • 3 Basil Leaves (medium to large)
  • 3 tablespoon Rhubarb Puree
  • 1.5 ounce Vodka
  • Ice
  • Club Soda
  1. Put the basil in the bottom of a glass and press with the back of a spoon to bruise slightly
  2. Add the rhubarb purée and stir
  3. Add vodka and ice cubes and top with club soda
  4. Garnish with a basil leaf
