Poquito Picante

This drink is sure to spice up any happy hour!

  • Serves: 2
  • Cook Time: 30 minutes
  • 3 slices of jalapeno, with skin (if you like it extra spicy, include the seeds)
  • 2 slices of cucumber
  • 6 cilantro leaves
  • 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau
  1. Muddle the cilantro, cucumber, jalapeno with the lemon juice
  2. Add the remaining ingredents
  3. Shake with ice and strain through a fine mesh strainer
  4. Serve in a coupe glass and garnish with a dried chili pepper or slice of cucumber
