No Cook Cranberry Sauce

This no cook cranberry sauce is remarkably delicious and extremely simple to make.  It is the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

  • Serves: 2
  • Cook Time: 30 minutes
  • 1 pound Cranberries
  • 2.25 cup Sugar
  • 2.5 teaspoon Orange Zest
  1. Combine the cranberries, orange zest, and sugar in a standing mixer fitted with the paddle attachment.
  2. Paddle on low speed for at least an hour until the cranberries broken down and macerated and the ingredients are well combined.
