Lemon-Thyme Syrup

  • Serves: 2
  • Cook Time: 30 minutes
  • 0.75 cup Sugar
  • 1 Bunch of Fresh Thyme (preferably lemon thyme)
  1. In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup water and the sugar to boiling, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
  2. Add the thyme, remove from the heat, and let stand until cool.
  3. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
