Ingredients
  • 2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3 Lemons, zested & juiced
  • 3 Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Coconut Sugar
  • pinch Salt
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk continuously over medium low heat until bubbling around the edges and thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl and cool in the refrigerator until ready to serve, serve with berries.
