Herb Salmon

Ingredients
  • 2 pound Salmon
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 2 Jalapeno (defrosted, if frozen, & sliced)
  • 3 Shallots (chopped)
  • 2 stalks Spring Garlic
  • 2 + more if needed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425° F.
  2. Lay salmon on a parchment lined sheet tray and sprinkle with salt.
  3. In a food processor combine remaining ingredients and pulse until smooth. Or chop by hand.
  4. Slather on fish and bake for 10 - 12 minutes until opaque and cooked through.
