Ginjan Mule

This West African take on a traditional Moscow Mule features Ginjan, a juice featuring fresh ginger, pinapple juice, and vanilla.

  • Cook Time: 30 minutes
  • 2 oz Ginjan
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice
  • 2 oz Soda
  1. Combine the Ginjan, vodka, and lime juice in a glass with ice (a copper mug is traditional) and stir to combine.
  2. Add soda, stir lightly, and garnish with a lime wedge.
