Fried Buffalo Wings

- Cook Time: 30 minutes
- 1 quart Vegetable Oil
- 5 pound Chicken Wings
- 4 tablespoon Butter
- 5 tablespoon Hot Pepper Sauce
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Heat oil in a large sauce pan or deep fryer to 375 degrees F. Gentle place chicken wings into oil until done, about 10 minutes. Remove chicken from skillet or deep fryer and drain on paper towels. Do this in batches, as you do not want to overcrowd the fryer.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet and combine with the hot sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add cooked wings to sauce and stir over low heat to coat. Serve immediately.
