Fondue for Two

This dish combines our favorite cheese - Harbison - with the fun of fondue! No need to mess with a pot and bread slices that get lost. With its wrapping of spruce cambium, the Harbison stays self contained and is a great size for two! We love it with daikon radishes and apples, but you could serve it with your fruit and vegetables of your choice.
