Bitter Greens Salad

Ingredients
  • 1 Shallot, chopped
  • 1 Lemon, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 0.75 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 bunch Sorrel, cleaned & chopped
  • 1 bunch Wild Dandelion, cleaned & chopped
  • 3 Radishes, sliced
  • Sesame Seeds, garnish
Directions
  1. In a large bowl whisk together shallots, lemon, mustard, olive oil and salt.
  2. Toss with greens and radish and garnish with sesame.
