  • These highly seasonal and highly prized Peconic Bay scallops are incredibly sweet, yet still retain the brininess of the ocean.  Quickly sear them with a little olive oil and garlic then add a little butter, lemon, white wine, salt and pepper and you will have a simple, easy, and remarkably delicious meal.   
  • Caught by small local fisherman in the Peconic Bay in between the North and South Fork of Long Island
  • Each order contains 1 lb of bay scallops
