  • These small peppers are easy to identify by their pointy ends (which resemble beaks).  Very flavorful like a habanero but with little to no heat.  Originating from Brazil, these peppers are great when pickled in a vinegar solution and served as a garnish or as an appetizer with drinks.
  • Grown by Chris Field and Jessi Okamoto on Campo Rosso Farm in Gilbertsville, PA.  While not certified organic, this farm grows to organic standards.
