Sun Dried Vegetable Tapenade

April and May, then harvested manually, and are then sun dried
(not in an oven but in the sun) between June
and September. The tapenade is hand prepared, crushed and
jarred with EVOO. The result is an amazing spread perfect on a sandwich, cheese plate, or simply serving as a dip on its own.
