Chef's Cuvée Fish Sauce

  • Made from wild-caught black anchovy and sea salt, Red Boat worked with 4 chefs to formulate this special edition of their already outstanding 40°N fish sauce. Building on a centuries-old fermentation tradition without preservatives or MSG, this fish sauce is aged in barrels that previously held bourbon and maple syrup after an initial 12 month fermentation process. The end result is a subtle sweetness not found in other fish sauces! No preservatives.
