Pastured Pork Bone-In Rib Chop

  • This thick-cut bone-in pork rib chop has a delicious flavor and perfect, succulent texture.  We recommend grilling them or searing them in a cast-iron skillet and finishing them in the oven. 
  • The pork comes from heritage breed pigs (including pure bred and crosses of Berkshire, Duroc, and Old Spots) and is raised at Shook Farm in central Pennsylvania.
  • Each order contains 2 bone-in rib chops cut ~1.5" thick.
