Tri-tip steak is a large, tender steak cut from the bottom triangle of the sirloin. The steak thins out towards the tip, which makes it ideal for families where some people like their meat more well done then others, as the tip will end up more cooked then the center. We recommend serving it with chimichurri for a fantastic meal.
