Baked from gluten-free oat flour and sold as a pair of
loaves, it’s the only gluten-free challah we know of that’s specially made for
the Shabbat blessing. Topped with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, it’s also just as
delicious served any other day of the week.
Deborah Brenner, founder of Las Delicias Patisserie grew up cooking and baking with her mother, and turned that experience and passion into a world-class patisserie.
