Local Plain Bagels in New York, NY by Gertie
- These incredible bagels are the brainchild of Gertie owner Nate Adler and master baker Melissa Funk Weller (formerly of Sullivan Street Baker, Per Se, Sadelle's, and others). A true NY-style bagel, these were modeled after (and improved upon) Nate's childhood favorite H&H on NYC's Upper West Side.
