We are in the full swing of spring! Local asparagus is hitting its peak, with super tender and deeply flavorful stalks. Rhubarb is as delicious as it is stunning, and strawberries are right around the corner. Squash blossom season has begun - simply stuff them with ricotta and some beautiful flowering chives - and quickly pan-fry them for an elegant and super delicious dish. Greens and radishes are abundant, while the first cucumbers are trickling in. Slice them and serve with one of our amazing dips.
